How the Detox of Becoming unfolds

The Detox of Becoming is a guided seasonal detox and transformation journey, not a short standalone cleanse.

It unfolds over several weeks and is designed to support the body, nervous system, and emotional landscape through preparation, detoxification, and integration.

The journey includes:

• A preparation and clearing phase to ready digestion, mindset, and the nervous system
• A 7-day guided detox phase, aligned with the lunar cycle and the Equinox
• An integration phase to support a steady and sustainable return to everyday life

Support is offered through a blend of self-paced guidance, live online sessions, and a private online community space, allowing you to move at your own pace while remaining held within a shared energetic container.

Preparation and integration are essential parts of the process.

1) Phase-Aligned Living

This journey unfolds in rhythm with the Equinox and waning moon, moving through preparation, release, and integration rather than a single “cleanse” phase.

You’ll be supported with simple rituals, journaling prompts, somatic practices, and intention-setting to help you move through each phase with awareness and care.

The emphasis is on timing and attunement, so change feels integrated rather than forced.

2) Mindset Foundations and preparation

EChange often unravels when subconscious habits and emotional triggers aren’t addressed. This phase supports you to understand how patterns form, reduce cravings driven by stress (in a broad sense), and practise more supportive ways of responding to your body.

Preparation also includes practical guidance: shopping lists, recipes and meal plans, supplement support, and simple lifestyle adjustments to create a nourishing environment before the detox begins.

3) Nourishment & Optional Support

You can choose a Beginner or Advanced level, with Omnivore or Vegan options. Each approach is designed to be supportive, seasonal, and realistic, whether you’re new to detoxing or looking for a deeper reset.

You’ll follow simple whole-food meal plans, with optional guidance on supplements and detox tools, always prioritising nervous system regulation, digestion, and sustainable energy.

4) Accountability & Expansion

You’ll be held within a calm, like-minded community space where you can share reflections, ask questions, and stay connected throughout the journey.

If you’d like deeper support, a VIP option is available, including:

    However, the full journey also includes a preparation phase beforehand and an integration phase afterwards. These phases are an essential part of the process, helping your body and nervous system adapt so the changes are sustainable rather than short lived.

  • Yes and you’re guided step by step. After signup, you’ll receive access to structured programme materials to support your preparation, including:

    • food screening and shopping lists

    • mindset prompts and reflective practices

    • trackers and checklists to support pacing and integration

    Preparation is an essential part of the journey, helping your body and nervous system settle before the detox begins.

    • A review of your health history, digestion, energy, and current challenges

    • Personalised guidance to adapt the detox so it feels appropriate and supportive

    • A clear nutrition framework to carry forward after the detox, based on your body, lifestyle, and goals

    The focus is not just on the detox itself, but on helping you leave with a personalised approach to eating and self-care that you can realistically maintain long term.

  • You’ll leave with food frameworks, rituals, and reflective practices you can return to in your own time. However, the Detox of Becoming is intentionally designed as a live, seasonal container, held in rhythm with the Equinox, lunar cycle, and group pacing.

    Each seasonal journey is refreshed and adapted, including updated recipes and guidance tailored to the time of year, so the experience evolves rather than repeats.

    While some participants draw on elements independently, many choose to return to future editions to experience the work within a new seasonal and energetic context, with live guidance and community support.

  • We do not recommend this detox during pregnancy or active breastfeeding. If you have significant medical conditions (e.g., Type 1 diabetes), check with your healthcare provider first. Many people still benefit from mindset and gentle nutrition tools even if the protocol is modified.

  • Yes. The detox aligns with universal seasonal balance — releasing inwardly or supporting emergence outwardly — while the lived experience is adapted to each hemisphere.

  • A full refund is available up until the start date. Once the programme begins, refunds aren’t offered, as this is a held group container where everyone’s commitment matters.

    This detox is a process of self-discovery, and experiences can vary. Participants are encouraged to approach the journey with openness and responsibility, knowing that insights may arise on physical, emotional, or behavioural levels.

Fay Israsena Na Ayudhya is a holistic nutritionist and naturopathic practitioner specialising in seasonal, nervous-system-led change. Her work integrates whole-food nutrition, rhythm, and mindset to support people who feel stuck despite “doing the right things.”

With training in nutrition, naturopathy, yoga, and seasonal living, and over two decades of lived experience, Fay brings a grounded, practical approach that bridges science, embodiment, and nature’s cycles.
