Through self-paced guidance and optional 1:1 coaching, you’ll:

  • Release emotional habits that keep you tied to comfort foods

  • Rehearse your future self — nourished, grounded, and in control


3) Nourishment & Optional Support

  • Choose Beginner or Advanced, Omnivore or Vegan.

  • Menus support liver & digestive functions, lymph flow, relaxation, energy.

  • Optional, supplement and detox tools guidance.

4) Accountability & Expansion

  • Join a caring group container, and add VIP (2× 1:1 sessions) for personalised energetics, strategy, and deeper integration.
